Bidders are requested to quote rate per tin (11.340 kgs) for loose delivery of kernels excluding GST. Negotiation will be with the Highest Bidder (H1) only. Last date for submission of tender is 27.05.2020 till 11.30 am and will be opened at 12 pm on the same day. 1% of the total value is mandatory to be remitted as EMD along with the tender by Demand draft /RTGS/NEFT and total of 5% as Security Deposit by the successful bidder for Export.
Bidders should lift the goods within 7 days from the date of sale order. The EMD of the successful bidder would be adjusted as security deposit. Quantity may be subject to variation and would be delivered as per actual stock available. Bidders are requested to do quality check of cashew kernels before submitting the bids.
