There are ten cashew factories for CAPEX. These factories are to be interconnected with the Head Office through Internet and two-way communication is to be established between factories and Head Office .The different facilities to be provided are:

1. Processing details of different sections, viz., Roasting, Shelling, Borma, Cooling, Peeling and Grading are to be entered and reports are to be generated.
2. Prepare daily processing reports of different sections.
3. Interface the digital weighing machine with computer to print (processed kernel) weight slip of each worker.
4. Prepare the weekly wage slips and wages statement of workers in different sections.
5. Stock details of raw cashew nuts, gunny bags, basket and other items are to be entered for generating the stock reports.
6. Generate lot wise production statement.
7. Process involved in operations in filling centers.
8. Stock report of different grades of cashew nuts in different type of packing tins, pouches and in loose
9. Monthly salary statement of office staff in the factory.
10. Calculation and generation of reports of bonus and festival holiday wages, etc.
11. Maintenance of accounts of payments and receipts of factory.
12. The filling details at filling centers, viz., filled in different types of packing such as tins and pouches and dispatch.
13. The purchase of finished goods from an outsider.
14. The details of the staff and workers of each factory and Head Office are to be entered.
15. The contribution rates of ESI and EPF can be set for workers, factory staff and Head Office staff.
16. The Form 3A for all the employees.
17. The Form 6A for all the employees.
18. The register for all the workers and staff, which covers the wages and attendance of the whole month.
19. Separate ESI, EPF, Gratuity and Welfare Fund registers.
20. The return of contribution for the workers.
21. Communication, data transfer and file transfer between Head Office and factory and also between factories should be through Internet.
